Meng Song is an Associate Professor with Electrical Engineering School of Southeast University since 2021. Her research interests include demand response, virtual power plant, transactive energy, and power system resilience. She has led one national key research and development program project, three NSFC projects, and over ten enterprise consulting projects. She has published two books, more than 40 articles, over ten authorized Chinese patents and two national standards. She has received two Scientific and Technological Progress/Natural Science Awards from the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (Second Prizes), one Technological Innovation Award from the China Energy Research Society (Second Prize ), and one gold medal at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions.

Juan Yan, Professor, Awardee of Overseas Young Talent Program of both Anhui Province and China, Associate Dean of China-France Engineering School of Anhui University, Associate Director of the Engineering Research Center of Power Quality (China Ministry of Education).
Juan received her BEng/Meng, Masters and PhD degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology and Queen's University Belfast under the supervision of Prof Guofu Zhai and Prof Kang Li. She led one sub-project of the EU Human Brain Project in cooperation with Prof. Steve Furber (inventor of ARM architecture) at the University of Manchester and later worked as the lead of machine learning R&D at the University of Warwick and Accenture. Her Research interests include smart grid technologies (source-load forecasting, probabilistic scheduling, energy storage, virtual power plants), and machine learning applications in power systems. She hosted many research projects including 5 industrial collaborations and 1 EU Council project, exceeding several million RMB in total. She obtained many awards such as Best Invited Presentation Award, Gold Medal, Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, Accenture Annual Innovation Award, Queen's University Belfast Research Plus Award, 2 Best Conference Paper Awards, UK-China Science Bridge Scholarship and West Midlands Women in Tech Impact Award Nomination etc

Hanyu Yang is an Associate Professor at the School of Electrical Engineering and Control Science, Nanjing Tech University. Her research area includes demand response and microgrid dispatch. She has led one NSFC project and over three enterprise consulting projects. She has authored over 10 papers in prominent international and domestic journals. Her contributions have been recognized with awards such as the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the China Electrotechnical Society and the First Prize of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Award from the China Association of Inventions. She serves as Secretary of the IEEE PCCC Secretariat and was the recipient of 2025 IEEE PCCC Outstanding Volunteer Award.
Invited Speaker: Assoc. Prof. Manyun Huang, Hohai University, China
anyun Huang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Hohai University, Nanjing, China, in 2014 and 2019, respectively. From September 2017 to September 2018, she was a Visiting Scholar with RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany. She is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Electrical and Power Engineering, Hohai University. Her research interests are in the theory and algorithms of modern power system state estimation as well as analysis.
Invited Speaker: Dr. Yunting Yao, Nanjing Normal University, China
Yunting Yao was born in Hubei Province, China in 1995. She obtained her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Southeast University, China in 2022, and conducted postdoctoral research at Cardiff University, the United Kingdom in 2023. She is currently employed at Nanjing Normal University as a lecturer. Her current research field includes electricity market and renewable energy power generation.
