CEEPE 2024 | Yangzhou | April 26-28, 2024

2024 the 7th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE 2024), hosted by Yangzhou University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and IEEE, took place from April 26th to 28th. Top scholars, industry experts, and representatives from innovative companies worldwide gathered in Yangzhou to engage in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as carbon neutrality goals, renewable energy technologies, smart grids, distributed energy, and electricity market policies. The conference aimed to outline pathways for building a sustainable, flexible, and efficient future energy system.
4月26日-28日，由扬州大学、上海交通大学和IEEE等单位主办的2024年第七届能源、电气与电力工程国际（CEEPE 2024）举行。全球各地的顶尖学者、行业专家以及创新企业代表齐聚扬州，围绕碳中和目标、可再生能源技术、智能电网、分布式能源、电力市场政策等前沿议题展开深度探讨，为构建可持续、灵活且高效的未来能源体系擘画路径。

President Jianning Ding of Yangzhou University; past president Dr. Jessica Bian of the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) and Professor Zhixin Wang of Shanghai Jiao Tong University attended the conference and delivered Welcome message.
扬州大学校长丁建宁教授、IEEE PES上任主席卞建华和大会主席王志新教授出席会议并分别致辞。扬州大学校长丁建宁在致辞中表示，近年来，学校着力构建完整的教学科研体系、着力推进政产学研用深度融合、着力开拓国际交流合作新局面，综合实力稳居全国高校百强并持续攀升。

After the opening ceremony, Prof. Jianning Ding, Jessica J. Bian, Prof. Chi-Yung Chung and Qiang Li delivered keynote speeches on the conference. Prof. Wei Jiang, Assoc. Prof. Yingjun Wu, Dr. Haoran Li and Dr. Xu Li delivered their invited speeches.
在主旨报告环节，丁建宁教授在《太阳能光伏技术的进展与发展趋势》的报告中，全面梳理了太阳能光伏技术的最新进展与未来发展趋势，指出太阳能光伏技术在推动全球能源结构绿色转型、助力实现“双碳”目标中具体重要作用。在接下来的主旨报告中，卞建华做了名为《未来能源向碳中和、可持续性和灵活性过渡》的报告，香港理工大学的钟志勇教授以《先进预测技术应用于可再生能源高渗透率的智能电网》为题做了详细的阐述。国网江苏省电力有限公司电力科学研究院李强博士深入剖析了同步发电机退役加速以及异步发电机大规模接入背景下当前电力系统面临的惯性不足的新挑战。主旨报告后，来自扬州大学的蒋伟教授、河海大学的吴英俊副教授、山东大学的李浩然博士、扬州大学的李旭博士，分别就微电网集群能源路由器、可再生能源电力系统惯量评估与控制、城乡碳中和导向的区域综合能源系统优化设计与智能调度、弱同步条件下含分布式风电配电网仅依赖电流量保护方案等议题作了大会特邀报告。

本届会议共设4个主旨报告、4个特邀报告、4个特别分会，18个分论坛、2个墙报展示会场、4个学生论文竞赛环节，内容丰富充实。来自国内外多所高校、企业、科研院所等超过240位专家学者和研究团队代表参加了会议。
